We need your leadership! Our Animal Shelter Officer needs to man the building and phone calls on Saturday. We are asking our amazing volunteers to be leaders to oversee outside work on Earth Day. This year we are raking, laying mulch, and having kids decorate rocks to give color to our trail. We need 1-2 lead volunteers to oversee painting rocks with community members.

Gratiot County Animal Control believes that ever paw counts. We protect and serve humans and animals together. We strive to find homes for every animal that is in our care.
Description
The Animal Control Office enforces the State of Michigan Dog Laws, handles public safety issues dealing with rabies, and issues dog licenses. The Gratiot County Animal Shelter is managed by only two Animal Control Officers and an Animal Shelter Officer. We do not do wildlife control.
