Help people in your community grow their own food! This year, our goal is to build 35 free gardens for people with limited incomes around the Olympia area. We need volunteers to help us build!

We will pick the garden recipients in March and start building by April. Connect with us for more details.

By helping build these gardens, you are directly increasing food access for folks with limited incomes, making a significant difference in people's quality of life. When people have access to grow their own food, this benefits them and their surrounding community. Let's dig in!

Mission Statement

GRuB's mission is to grow healthy food, people, and community. With roots in the land, we provide opportunities for people to learn, lead, and thrive.

Description

We carry out our work through several programs, including our Youth Program that engages youth on the farm to grow themselves, food, and the community; our Veteran Programs that engage military veterans in beekeeping and farming; and our GRuB Garden Project that builds free gardens for people with low incomes.
