Mission:
To change social beliefs, attitudes and the behaviors that perpetuate domestic violence while creating a safe space in which to empower individuals and families affected by abuse.
Role Responsabilities:
Laura's House is looking for GREAT, DETAIL ORIENTED, QUICK, volunteers to assist the Donation Center manager with processing and sorting of the donations in preparation of sending them to our stores! This job entails cleaning and sorting through clothing while looking for rips, stains, etc and ensuring quality control. You will also be sorting and packing housewares and other miscellaneous items prior to their shipment to the resale store, and hanging or tagging clothing.
Availability:
Volunteers may serve 1-40 hours weekly. Monday - Friday
