Welcome, Spring! Join us at the 2023 Southeastern Designer Showhouse benefiting Camp Twin Lakes this May and June.

Once again, we are offering a team-building option to our partners--an opportunity to not only get into the spirit but also give back to the Camp Twin Lakes community.

DRESS CODE: Business casual, jeans are allowed but no holes, please, ABSOLUTELY NO workout attire, graphic tees, or workout/running shoes. Comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged.

Choose a time slot that works best for your team, pick a day captain (person in charge) to spearhead your group, and the Showhouse will create branded signage to be placed outside the front door to create awareness about your team's presence at the house! (Two Week's Notice Required for Signage and Catering)

Morning Shift Schedule: Arrive at the shuttle by 9:00 am and catch a ride to the showhouse. At 9:15, gather for a team photo to be shared on the @southeasternshowhouse Instagram page and get a brief tour before taking your places, welcoming guests, and accepting tickets or acting as a docent where needed. A light lunch will be provided by our team in our designated break room at 12:00. Leave with a return ticket good for any day time/date the Showhouse is open, a subscription to Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine, our current issue, and a branded tote.

Afternoon Shift Schedule: Arrive on-site via shuttle transportation by 12 pm for a light lunch provided by our team in our designated break room. Gather for a team photo to be shared on the @southeasternshowhouse Instagram page and get a brief tour before taking your places and welcoming guests and accepting tickets or acting as a docent where needed. Leave with a return ticket good for any time/date the Showhouse is open, a subscription to Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine, our current issue, and a branded tote.

SHUTTLE PARKING will be located at Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church, 2715 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30305. Our shuttle will start running for the day at 9:00 and will bring you up to the Showhouse. The shuttle will run all day. There is absolutely no parking on Normandy Drive. If you are in need of the shuttle, our head drive is Tony at 770-845-1778.
