We are looking for an HR Analyst to bring data closer to HR team day-to-day.

• Collect and maintain all volunteer records and data.

• Maintaining all HR Data such as Hiring, Org Structure, Onboarding and ,Off boarding candidates.

• Reviewing volunteer and HR data and inputting this into relevant HR databases.

• Optimize and recommend new data processes and systems.

• Reviewing job descriptions to impact positively on employee retention Analyze, implement and maintain standardized HR reports and metrics.

• Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, turnover, etc.

• Prior experience with research, data management, data analysis will be preferred.

• Possess good analytical, problem-solving and eye for detail skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
