Service to the Armed Forces

Support our military members, veterans and their families at your local VA or through the Naval Air Station-Joint Reserve Base Medical Clinic.

Duties may vary based on need. Administrative opportunities are open to everyone! Additional opportunities are available for licensed, professional health service volunteers.

* Support the Red Cross mission
* Duties vary, based upon area. Duties may include: administrative tasks such as answering phones; filing; computer/data entry; providing comfort items; craft assistance; chair/bedside assistance; info and referral
* Clinic duties may include surgical prep; runner; charting; reception; prepare patients for treatment
* Prepare welcome packets for wounded warriors
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Volunteer days and times are flexible based on your availability! Background check is required for military base access.
