We are in need of hairdressers to give haircuts to those in our care at either our adult shelter (Huntington) or our family shelter located in Brentwood. We have multicultural residents so you would need to work with different textures of hair if possible.

We are a Long Island based non-profit human services organization providing a safety net for people in need. Touching the lives of 50,000 people annually. FSL delivers tangible help and crisis intervention across a spectrum of service areas including mental illness, drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness, job training , computer literacy, trauma counseling, at-risk youth, family counseling and senior support. In addition, FSL provides pre-school learning centers and universal pre-K programs.
