What Program Leaders Do:
- Lead Scouting activities for youth in K-5th Grade
- Serve 3-5 locations each week
- Monday - Friday, occasional weekends
- Starting pay $15/hour
- Average 8-20 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old with high moral character
- Have reliable automobile transportation (insured) as site locations vary
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
- Prior experience working with youth desired, but not required

Description
Crossroads of America Council’s After School Scouting Program is designed to meet the needs of all youth between the ages of 5 and 17. These programs place adult leaders as role models and provide skill development through a specialized curriculum. Weekly pack/troop meetings, regional events and camping opportunities are a few hallmarks of our programs.
We assist youth in our after-school programs with scholarships for registration, uniforms, handbooks, camp fees and equipment.
