Transitions Care and Hospice

Hospice Care patients enjoy having their hand held, being read to, or just chatting while watching their favorite TV program. These are just a few examples of how a volunteer can spend time with an end of life patient. We understand this time will be spent in a variety of ways and we welcome crafters, scrap bookers, puzzle makers, musicians, etc. Whatever you are hoping to gain from this experience, we will be able to assist you in meeting your goals. Whether you find the time with your patients the ultimate reward, or if you are interested in advancing your professional skills, we would like to hear from you.
