Become a Computer Lab Specialist to assist our Computer Lab at the Winter Park Library! In this volunteer position, you will learn valuable skills, such as:
- Assisting computer lab patrons with basic computer and technological questions
- Helping patrons print their documents
- Assisting patrons with making reservations for the lab
- Troubleshooting basic computer and technological problems as they arise
Volunteers should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, a team player, and eager to learn, among the following qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Patient, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- Regular commitment and schedule desired
- Be 18 years or older
- Prior experience troubleshooting a plus
