We are training young adults in "Life Mastery" and the trades. We are looking for experienced professionals to volunteer to be another set of hands (and eyes) as we complete projects in the shop. Knowledge of tools is helpful but not necessary. Patience and a great can-do attitude would be great. If you are interested in investing some time in these young adults, please join us for a few weeks. The work is SO rewarding when our participants leave our program and enter the trades!

Description
We are passionate about helping young adults who are not geared toward a more traditional 4-year college experience. We work to develop their interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and financial literacy, to ensure that they succeed in LIFE - then we apply traditional skill building for the construction trades and set them also on a course for personal success. As a byproduct of our work, we also serve to help fortify the construction industry workforce with
