WHAT STIRS WITHIN - A CALLING TO BE INVOLVED?

Wolf Connection volunteers commit deeply; understanding that the power of the pack is stronger than any one of us individually. And there is much to be done.

Our volunteers learn together - work hard and have fun together - share joys and sorrows together ....as we care for and support all that goes into creating the best lives for these amazing wolves.

Our volunteers enjoy:

  • Being outdoors in nature

  • Working with the land

  • Working with their hands

  • Caring for the wolves

  • Assisting with events

  • Fundraising

About WOLF CONNECTION

Location:

PO BOX 504, ACTON, CA 93510, US

Mission Statement

Wolf Connection is a unique educational sanctuary and wilderness retreat center that brings people together through direct relationship with rescued wolves for the purpose of empowering the next generation to become authentic leaders and stewards of the earth. With the help of the animals, at-risk groups reconnect with nature, learn to be of service by responsibly caring for another being, and work towards becoming the kind of person they want to be through Wolf Therapy. The animals help them focus on their impulses, feelings and emotions in a constructive way; they learn to forgive and give others (and themselves) a second chance.

Description

Wolf Connection was started with 16 rescued wolves and wolf dogs by Teo Alfero, transformational teacher, coach and creator of Wolf Therapy(tm).

Rescue / Empower / Impact

We have doubled in size every year since 2010 and we are now ready to scale. We have the team, the program clients, the proven curriculum, and a unique, highly effective approach to change the lives of those that need it most. Every year we impact the lives of thousands of at-risk youth through our diversion programs.
