We compassionately provide individualized and high quality care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals facing a terminal illness. Your Select Hospice team understands that this journey is a difficult one for you and your loved ones. We believe you have the right to choose your own path, while maintaining dignity and autonomy. Our goal is to support you to make that possible. We consider it an honor to care for you during this time. We are committed to being available for you and your family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Select Hospice is driven by the philosophy of commitment to our patients, being renowned for our excellence in patient care and dedicated leadership team as well as care team as described below. The physical, spiritual, and emotional needs for each individual is unique; and our hospice team is committed to helping you and your family navigate this unknown territory ahead, supporting the best quality of life possible and believing you can find a sense of well-being with times of peace, joy and love during the season that lies ahead. Select Hospice comes to you with several years of experience from our leadership and care teams; our home health and senior care divisions have been servicing the central Indiana territory for over 11 years and have provided dedicated, compassionate care to over 10,000 plus patients during challenging times.
