Hill House is seeking energetic, focused, and enthusiastic Lacrosse instructors to help run our "Beginner and Intermediate Lacrosse" program for young boys and girls.
Overview
Lacrosse instructors will work with a group with a maximum of 20 children for two 45 minute classes on Sundays from 3:00-3:45pm and from 3:45pm-4:30pm this Spring at the Ebersol fields on the Esplanade. Volunteers will help set up equipment for the session, run small group drills and games as assigned, and encourage developmentally appropriate play and growth.
*Please note parking is not directly available at this facility, and we recommend public transportation for your commute.*
Our coaches must be a nurturing, mature, and responsible individual who loves to children and is comfortable with groups of children ages 5-12 years of age and their parents or caregivers.
We are looking for instructors who will go above and beyond for our families and who will create a high quality program. For this program, we will have a staff lead instructor who is comfortable developing curriculum and plans for each session. Volunteer coaches will assist in executing these session plans, normally formatted as rotating stations consisting of various drills and games for players to enjoy.
