Recruiting Organization: Orlando Fringe Festival

The Orlando Fringe is back baby and is right around the corner and we need YOU!

This 14-day event relies on volunteers to make it make the magic happen. Orlando Fringe volunteers are a HUGE part of one of the largest arts, cultural, inclusive, diverse, and AMAZING events in Central Florida.

The first step is to fill out our volunteer form here:

Why should you and your friends, family, and co-workers volunteer?

  • Meet people from your community, city, and your world! Fringe is an international event with people coming to Orlando from all over the world!
  • See AMAZING performances, art, and music!
  • Have fun!
  • Save yourself some money! Fringe volunteers get to see shows for free!
  • Try something new! You never know what you'll see at Fringe
  • Fringe Orientation & Training sessions will happen both online and in person. Volunteers who sign up for their shifts and watch orientation get to watch Press Previews so you can start your Fringe before the festival!! Start your Fringe adventure there!
  • There are a variety of roles: ticket scanning, box office, merchandise sales, beer tent, green team, and Kid's Fringe. There's something for everyone.
  • Shifts will be scheduled at various times and lengths each weekday from 5p-1a and weekends from 8a-1a. There are over 1000 shifts over the 2 weeks so there are lots of opportunities to make volunteering fit your schedule.
  • We accept volunteers aged 13-15 with a parent, and 16+ on their own - this is a great opportunity for teens to fulfill their volunteer hour requirements.

Are you brand spanking new to Fringe? Check out this video from my friend and Fringe artist Logan Donahoo : It's great and helps to explain "How to Fringe".
