Bring people together, make a real difference in the lives of teenagers and families, in your local community, and the world.
Build and strengthen relationships in your local community - and across the world! With as little as 2-5 hours a month, you can meet people from other countries and cultures and help make dreams come true.
Mentor and supervise a foreign exchange student in your area. Meet with the student in-person once a month to discuss their exchange and any concerns they may have. Additionally, complete online reports on the students academic performance, mental health, host family relationship, etc. at least once a month (can be done remotely).
You will receive training, ongoing one-on-one support from our team, and opportunities to make friendships and memories that last a lifetime!

Description
iE-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational exchange organization that was founded in 2002. We are devoted to building and strenghthening relationships and understanding among the people of the world and believe that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate fears and prejudices. We pride ourselves on providing individual care and direct support to our exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET).
