The Event Planning Associates will assist ICS in promoting the Annual Invest Caribbean Conference and CARAH Awards Gala. Specifically, the Planner will assist in Managing Speakers. Promote Conference and Gala and do Outreach to various target Markets to ensure that they are aware of the Event.
In addition, assist in development of
1) Conference/Program Journal
2) Relationships to Federal Agencies
3) Relationships to Caribbean Agencies and Organizations
4) Link of Conference to Caribbean American Heritage Awards
5) Identification and Management of Silent Auction Awards
6) Outreach to Media and Social Media Management
