A gallery greeter works a minimum of 3 hours per month (or more if he/she wishes). He or she greets visitors, watches the front desk, helps w/sales of gift shop items, and helps with simple administrative tasks. The volunteer chooses a shift that best fits his or her schedule. No experience is necessary, only an interest in being friendly, and working with the public and art. Get to meet people in the arts, and be part of a great organization!

The Pence Gallery is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the arts and community. Our mission is to educate and inspire the community by exhibiting high caliber art and offering educational programs for visitors of all ages.
Description
As a nonprofit organization, the Pence is privately funded and member supported. We rely on the generosity of the community to support our exhibits and diverse education programs. We provide workshops for children and adults, as well as free monthly receptions for the community to enjoy.
