HANAC, Inc. - originally founded by George Douris as the Hellenic American Neighborhood Action Committee - is a New York City-based multi-faceted social services organization. The organization was founded in 1972 to serve the needs of vulnerable populations throughout New York City.

HANAC is hiring an Administrative person who will work in the office. The role will focus on the following:

• Scheduling appointments,
• Help clients before their appointments
• Provide people with general information
• Assist with Covid screening
• Filling
• Making copies
• As needed task

Qualifications:

• GED or High School needed
• Must be fully vaccinated and able to show proof of such vaccination by providing your original vaccine card or a copy of your vaccine card
• Detail-oriented administrative abilities and accurate data entry experience
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Desktop Publishing
• Discreet, trustworthy with strong business integrity and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor, comfortable working with all levels of employees
• Excellent business phone and customer service etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
