HarmonyCares Hospice is looking for veterans who are looking to give back. Veteran volunteers will spend their time offering companionship, emotional support, and supportive presence to veteran hospice patients. Patients reside in private homes, skilled nursing facilities or assisted living settings. Any time commitment big or small is appreciated and can fit into most busy lifestyles.

Description
At HarmonyCares Hospice, we provide patient and family-centered hospice services. Our care team focuses the patient's needs in their home, home of a loved one, or in a long-term care or assisted living facility. Volunteers can sign up to provide companionship, emotional support, supportive presence, light housekeeping, lawn/pet care, and much more!
