Virtual Assistants Needed! Volunteer remotely!

As a Virtual Assistant with the National Organization for Human Services, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director to ensure all remote administrative and member services-related tasks of the national organization are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently.

What you will be doing...
You'll perform a wide range of administrative and remote office support activities. You will interact with other volunteers, members of the organization, and other stakeholders via email and/or virtual meetings. You’ll use programs such as G-Suites, Zoom, Google Chat, Slack, Calendly, Canva, and others.

You will need to meet deadlines for tasks, but will manage your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Who we are looking for...
The best fit for this role are people with background or interest in the human services field, who have about 3-5 hours per week to volunteer. Volunteers should also have...
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
  • Meticulous attention to detail,
  • Expert time management and organizational abilities,
  • Flexibility to work independently but also function as a team member,
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, G Suites, and Canva
