Volunteers place calls to patient’s home approx. 6 months after their loss. The volunteer call to the bereaved is to offer a listening ear, validate feelings and offer our bereavement resources: mailings, groups, one-on-one grief support, and future phone calls. We will accommodate your schedule and provide flexible hours. The Aurora At Home-Hospice provides flexible hands-on training.
The Aurora at Home-Hospice is a not-for-profit organization designed to provide services for terminally ill patients and their families.
