ORGANIZATION: Catholic Charities Atlanta

Catholic Charities Atlanta is looking for a friendly and organized volunteer to join our team! This individual would assist the Smyrna team in planning and executing events (both in-office and supporter-facing events)! Events include: CCA's annual Soiree, annual 5K fundraiser, office-wide agency meetings, etc..

Responsibilities would include:
- Seeking out donors and items for the silent auction (cold calling, etc.)
- Assist with organizing silent auction items
- Communicating event details to participants through telephone calls and e-mails
- Support efforts to promote annual events
- Attend and support the Soiree on April 6th - of possible
- Clerical duties as needed
- Other similar duties as assigned

- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible

Hours:
We are willing to work with the volunteer's availability. The idea time commitment would be approximately 4 hours per week. Volunteering would be mostly during the CCA work week (Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm).
