Job Summary

Our Curriculum Development position is an excellent opportunity for creative individuals pursuing or interested in the fields of Education and/or Mental Health. You will be responsible for supporting the development of compelling Social and Emotional lessons for pre-K through 12 grades.

Our lessons utilize a range of instructional methods: Discussions, art, games, music, didactic instruction, writing, skill practice, book/story kinesthetic, role-playing, service learning, etc.

You will also assist in the creation of facilitator guides, student materials, and associated slide decks for each lesson.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Creative about coming up with games and activities to promote certain skills
• Curious about learning
• Self-starter and motivated to work without being micro-managed
• Loves children/youth and is able to connect with children/youth
• Familiarity with lesson plan creation or willingness to learn
• Preferred Spanish Speaker
• Preferred tech savvy, in particular, has familiarity using MailChimp
