Role Overview: As the Volunteer Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and enhance program strategies.
• Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to ensure the successful execution of programs.
• Overseeing program logistics, including scheduling, resources, and participant engagement.
• Evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.

• Proven experience in program management or related roles.
