A stipend can be discussed for law students who do not receive course credit for interning.

Hereafter referred to as tenant; Animal Charity / Cat Sanctuary

Responsibilities: Print & assemble 3 copies of tenant emails in chronological order for 3 ½ years. Highlight the communications between the Tenant and Landlord relevant to Civil Code violations of the Landlord & note relevant text evidence from the property managements repair service providers

Outline the information & create a brief to prepare a case of evidence for the Tenant, (Animal Charity / Cat Sanctuary) to present in legal argument.

Animal organization is seeking damages from the landlord; breaching the lease, constructive eviction, harassment, intimidation, retaliation for complaints about repairs needed believed by serving at termination of tenancy that may prove to be defective service of process.

In 2020, in lieu of making reported repairs, the Landlord offered the Tenant, (Animal Charity / Cat Sanctuary), $16,000.00 to vacate in 30 days during the pandemic. Tenant denied the offer.

Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per week - remote work & once a week on-site and in person late afternoon or evening to go over progress.

Prerequisites: Past or present experience or currently enrolled law student. Must have a printer at home. Felines on the premises. No applicants allergic to cats.

To provide veterinary medical services for homeless, or "at-risk" shelter dogs and cats; including community outreach programs, spay/ neuter, veterinary medical treatments, procedures and surgeries to facilitate the adoption these animals and to provide the financial resources necessary to support the rescuing of these animals.

Description

Community Animal Network provides veterinary medical services to rescued animals that need to find new homes and was founded in Newport Beach, California, in 1996.

C.A.N. is a community supported with donations that service the needs of shelter animals and abandoned animals that need to find new homes. Our signature community outreach program is our "Pets For Seniors" program that gives mature cats to senior people and provides the veterinary medical for the animals life-time.

Rescue animals are cared for in private homes by the "Good Samaritans" that rescued the abandoned animal, or in foster homes (when available) all lover Orange county.

Community Animal Network shows rescue animals for adoption in the caregiver's homes.
