Become a photographer and/or videographer volunteer and use your camera skills to document the stunning landscape, special events, programs, and collections of objects of Gulf Islands National Seashore in Florida!
In coordination with the National Park Service Washington Office of Communications, the volunteer will provide photography and/or videography services at activities, events, incidents, facilities, and areas of Gulf Islands National Seashore. The volunteer will be expected to ride the ferry to capture images with prior coordination.
The still and video images will be donated to the National Park Service for use in all forms of media (digital still or motion for print or broadcast or other electronic media with the understanding that these images move into the public domain upon donation).
Photography and/or videography for a Volunteer in Parks agreement will include the edited and processed still and video images subject to National Park Service protocols and standards. The National Park Service will include a photographer's credit (Name/National Park Service) upon the use of these images.
No housing/RV pads are available for this position.
