ORGANIZATION: Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice

Are you a veteran who would like to make a difference in the lives of veterans on hospice care. Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice has opportunities for you.

CVHHH participates in a program called We Honor Veterans, which specifically works with hospice organizations to honor veterans through vet-to-vet visits, honor pinning's and honor walks. We also offer community pinning's for different local organizations such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes and senior centers.

CVHHH is rebuilding our We Honor Veterans program after Covid and need your help. If you are interested, please contact.
