Bolder Options

All it takes is all you've got!

Studies show that a youth who has a positive, caring adult in their life can mean the difference between developing a sense of self-esteem, confidence, courage, a positive attitude toward school, a healthy lifestyle, and so much more! Did you have a positive adult who made a difference in your life? Then join us and PASS IT ON! Be the difference in a young person's life so that one day they might make the same choice to pay it forward when they are older.

FIRST- you're asked to "Just be YOU" and share your passion for living a healthy, active lifestyle.
SECOND- we ask that you and your mentee get up, get out, and be active, letting your light shine once a week for as little as 2-4 hours, for just one year.
LAST- get up, have fun, and go explore the world of opportunities that can help influence your mentee's outlook on life!

Bolder Options is a wellness-based, youth mentoring organization for referred youth age 10-14. Our unique approach combines our structured program of physical activity, academic improvement, goal setting, and empowerment with a "Freedom of Creative Choice" that gives you and your mentee the opportunity to be creative and discover for yourselves the things you want to explore on your own. We provide support, and training for you throughout the time of your match. We're always there for you! You are supported and appreciated every step of the way with resources like:

- FREE YMCA gym memberships,
- Tickets to events when available,
- and monthly program opportunities and adventures to keep you guys movin' and groovin'!
