Your help will contribute to a unique program.

The Donkeys of the Heart is a 501(C)(3) organization founded in 2019 that is dedicated to

inspiring, enhancing and enriching the human spirit through equine-assisted services. Our

organization provides therapeutic and educational opportunities to children, adolescents, and

adults with cognitive, mental, and behavioral challenges, including at-risk and military

populations in our community. These opportunities are provided through Equine (Donkey)

Assisted Services.

We currently have 7 donkeys and operate at a single location in Cave Creek, AZ.

We provide two categories of services: Adaptive Riding, Equine Assisted Learning.

Through our programs, we aim to empower and serve our participants, staff, and

volunteers, ensuring their professional development and the growth of our organization for years

to come.
