Eucharistic Ministers/ Spiritual care volunteers can be an invaluable support to patients in addressing grief, emotional distress, and spiritual/existential pain in the journey through advanced illness.
Hackensack Meridian Hospice provides a special type of healthcare to those suffering from a life-limiting illness throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, and Union Counties. Visits are typically 1-2 hours once a week based on your schedule and within a manageable commute. Orientation is free of charge. COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required.
