Role:

Are you a good leader? Do you think you have what it takes to lead a team of skilled youngsters? Here’s your chance to Head one of our volunteering departments. You Will be incharge of the overall conduct and efficiency of a department. You must conduct weekly meets, distribute tasks, strategize and plan out your department’s goals, update records and always be there in case of emergency. Periodically, you will be called to be part of the management meetings of the organisation, or of joint meetings of other HOD to give you a chance to express your opinions or issues about your department.

4. Discipline, punctuality and efficiency
5. Presence of mind

LOCATION : Work from Home/ Virtual

HOURS- Varies from department to department

START DATE - On clearing an interview

TIME COMMITMENT : 3 months minimum
