Day of the Child is a traditional family holiday that honors children, celebrates their importance in society and promotes their well-being. The theme for this year's festival is A Celebration of the Americas (Celebracin de las Amricas).

Join us to help teach children hands-on arts activities, including clay, beading, painting, string art and others. You will be assigned to work with a specific artist to help teach and lead children in their activities. Additionally, volunteers could be asked to work with stage performers, which includes community and professional performers.

Da del Nio es una fiesta familiar tradicional que honra a los nios, celebra su importancia en la sociedad y promueve su bienestar. El tema para el festival de este ao es Celebracin de las Amricas. nase a nosotros para ayudar a ensear a los nios actividades prcticas de arte, incluyendo arcilla, abalorios, pintura, arte de cuerdas y otros. Se te asignar trabajar con un artista especfico para ayudar a ensear y guiar a los nios en sus actividades. Adems, se podra pedir a los voluntarios que trabajen con artistas escnicos, que incluye intrpretes comunitarios y profesionales. Se alienta especialmente a los hispanohablantes bilinges a asistir, ya que el evento se enfoca en los marginados artsticamente y se enfoca en una perspectiva cultural latina.
