Gentiva Hospice is part of the "We Honor Veterans" program that specializes in quality care for Veterans on their end-of-life journey. Join our team who cares for terminally ill Veterans at their homes, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Conduct appreciation ceremonies, provide friendly visits, supportive phone calls, record Life Reviews, help replace military medals by contacting the appropriate agencies. Help us celebrate Memorial and Veterans Day with our patients and other veterans in the community.
Free orientation and additional training on veteran support available.
