The Alzheimer's Association of Montana is looking for volunteers to help us with our DIY-driven national signature event, The Longest Day. You are invited to join The Longest Day Steering where you will help to recruit businesses, clubs, and organizations throughout Montana to participate in The Longest Day.
Responsibilities of Recruitment volunteers include:
- Meeting and networking with key individuals within the community.
- Recruiting, training, and leading Longest Day participants.
- Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new participants from corporations, organizations, facilities, schools, support groups, religious groups, etc.
- Working with The Longest Day Committee Chair and Staff Partner to plan and execute the Participant Kickoff Party.
The Longest Day is all about love. Love for all those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Between now and June 21, 2022, people across the world will do what they love to honor those affected by Alzheimer’s. Together, we will raise funds and awareness for the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
