Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify and understand our target audience and current marketing trends. - Develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to our audience. - Create and curate engaging content, including text, videos, and images. - Monitor and analyze web traffic and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Establish and maintain an optimal posting schedule to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media coordination or a similar role. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
