Event Chair is a "call and calendar" specialist that helps manage calendar of events, alert local community businesses of upcoming events and programs, promote events on websites, find beneficial event locations, and help plan events that help bring in funding and new donors.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to complete work by deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently, as this is a remote position.
- Must have google account for shared google documents and ability to create "mock" calendar.
- Must have Zoom application on cell phone or computer to communicate with executive committee.
- Work hours are 5 hours.
- Work day Fridays 9am-2pm EST monthly.
