Tasks include: assisting CSA's Case Managers and the Intake Assistant with reminders of clients' appointments. Sending out reminders and calling clients are part of this process. Please consider volunteering if you speak Spanish.
This position is available both in-person and remotely.
Availability:
- In-person: during office hours (9:30 am to 12:00 pm) or (1:30 pm to 4: 30 pm)
- Remote: Anytime.
Commitment: 3 months due to training & client confidentiality. Background check required. Training is provided.
