Gentiva Hospice is looking for kind and compassionate people to volunteer their time with elderly patients on hospice. Volunteering with hospice is a very rewarding experience as you get to spend time with the elderly listening to their stories of the past. As a hospice volunteer you can spend time sharing experiences, playing games, doing crafts, puzzles, help write letters, read book or listen to music. There are countless ways to spend time. They truly appreciate your company and enjoy their visits. In particular we are looking for volunteers in the Romeoville area.
No experience necessary, training and orientation is provided.
