Do you want to make a difference in Oregon? Join our team today to help build a more just, fair democracy by protecting voting rights and deepening democratic principles for a better future. This is a critical moment for our democracy, and we must make sure that all Americans are able to make our voices heard.

All Oregon Votes is searching for volunteers who can network and get the word out about our initiative. We are retiring IP 26, The Oregon Voting Rights Amendment but are not giving up. It will be filed again in 2025. We are re-strategizing for 2025. From now until then, we are working on building our coalition; we need your help. Our team works to educate the public about civic participation, promote voting rights and advocate for election reform in Oregon. Our nonpartisan, grassroots campaign works to reduce partisan politics and makes the candidates accountable to all voters, and not just one political party.

We hope to end closed primaries in Oregon and to level the playing field for all candidates, giving Oregonians more choices. Learn more at www.AllOregonVotes.org.

As a volunteer, you can gain experience and contribute to the team in the areas that interest you most. While meetings will be on Zoom and many activities will be outreach via letters, email, and phone calls, and social media, some activities will be in person, such as signature gathering, meeting with individuals or small groups to promote the initiative, so please be located in Oregon.

Hours are flexible. Responsibilities include:

  • Educating your friends, family and neighbors about voting rights and the ballot initiative.
  • Collecting signatures for initiative petition - Oregon Voting Rights Amendment.
  • Engaging in community activities to spread the word about the ballot initiative, including passing out materials and talking to voters and participating in press events and rallies.
  • Collaborating with organizations to conduct these activities.
  • Conducting social media and online outreach to build campaign visibility and assisting with press outreach and events.
  • Professional/technical expertise: Legal & public policy, finance & accounting, development, public relations, administrative & clerical, event planning, data analysis, web/software development or other special skills you have are always needed.
