An inspired and inspiring nonprofit working in watershed education seeks a Grants Team Manager. This role is for a team player that has the maturity and stability to lead a team of grant writers who are, like you, working as part-time volunteers.

Qualities:

  • organized
  • very clear communication
  • mad writing skills
  • kind and compassionate management of other volunteers
Responsibilities:
  • Manage 2-3 grant writers who are new to grant writing (but have excellent writing and knowledge skills)
  • Assign grants to each team member
  • Review the grant
  • Make sure the grant support team member supplies all the supporting grant materials
  • Oversee the tracking of grants, dates, amounts and whether or not grant is awarded
