Organization Background

Pink Space Theory offers Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) programming to inspire and build STEAM skills for the next generation. It was created to help close the gender and race equity and equality gaps in the STEAM community. Pink Space Theory aims to engage, expose, and empower youth, especially girls, with STEAM learning experiences to prepare them for their future career paths and passions.

Pink Space Theory energizes students through problem-based hands-on activities that stimulate critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity in the Washington DC Metro area.

Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking a group of diverse women to lend their professional expertise by joining our inaugural Community Leadership Advisory Board. This Board will help enhance our educational programming, spread brand awareness, and grow the organization financially. This volunteer position is ideal for professional females looking to network, develop leadership skills, influence a nonprofit, prepare the next STEM generation, and make an impact on the community. Pay it forward by sharing your expertise in areas such as Marketing, HR, STEM, Education, Fundraising/Grant Writing, and more!
