We are looking for a program assistant, who is passionate about developing and ensuring programs are running smoothly.

Volunteer Description: The program assistant is a critical role to ensure programs at the nonprofit are being accomplished. This role is responsible for providing support to the organization's programs by assisting with program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Please Note: The minimum commitment for this role is ten hours per month for 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Understand the mission and vision and values of Refined and Refreshed Inc.
• Assist with the planning and development of program activities and materials
• Help implement program activities and events
• Provide support to program participants, as needed
• Assist with data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness
• Help promote the program through various channels and platforms
• Coordinate with other volunteers and staff to ensure smooth program operations
• Attend and assist with program trainings, meetings, and other relevant events.

Duration:

• Time commitment 6 months
• At least 10 hours per month.

Qualifications:

• Able to commit to the duration of the time commitment.
• Interest in program management or a related field.
• Displays the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly.
• Shows proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and others.
