Recruiting Organization: Cynthia Garris Ministries

Hello there! CGM is a virtual Christian ministry looking to start holding church/healing services in 2023. CGM was a church in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Albany-Latham area in 2021. We spent our first year getting established (becoming 501(c)(3), etc), and our second year reaching the community (giveaways, free events). Now we want to shift our focus back to where we started, church. We're looking to add to our team to begin making a bigger impact in 2023.

A little about us and our pastor: Pastor Cyndi is pastor of over twelve years of service. She is ordained under Benny Hinn Ministries, and is enrolled in the Benny Hinn Institute where she regularly takes classes from Pastor Hinn on leadership, spirituality, and Bible Study of course. Pastor Cyndi is married with three daughters who help maintain the ministries as well. CGM's focus is healing. Our healing services are for the ill, and they come in to receive the miraculous power of God's healing through Jesus. In the past, people who had cancer have been healed, eye sight problems, broken bones, even exorcisms have been performed at the services.

We are looking for a music technician or engineer who can take care of sound needs and give us advice on what equipment we'll need to make this service a success. We also hope that this person will work with us in the future.

Previously, we've used an acoustic guitar and a microphone, now we're going to have a full band. Keyboardist, drummer, guitarists, singers, and we'll need your help to curate a list of things we need, while also being the person we leave the equipment to on rehearsal days and the church service event day. If you have some of your own equipment you don't mind using, that would be great too!
