​The captain fun program is being sponsored by Pastor Travail M Sinclair in order to give youth department parishioners a say in how the church should be operated and optimized for their benefit the goal of this program is to allow elementary and middle school students in the church to join and to observe and participate in fun events around the church system then to analyze the events on how they could improve how they could be made more fun or more educational and present the findings at the church's quarterly board meetings this program is the first of its kind to where children finally get a say in their own progress and development of their own ministry in the church system


To qualify for this program your youth must be an A or B student at school c's will be heavily scrutinized however will be prohibited from failing any classes. All parents must regularly remain in contact with the church either via pastor Sinclair or the youth pastor to keep open lines of communication any suspensions or behavioral infractions at school or within the church system will disqualify you from participating in this program meetings will occur on the monthly basis your youth will present their findings to the church's board of directors on the quarterly basis all board of director meetings will take place either in person or via zoom this policy is subject to change based on the updates regarding COVID-19

This program will provide credit to future volunteer hours that can be used upon turning 15 years of age within the church system this program will provide a competitive edge for your youth to enter the church system at an administrative level and even a competitive advantage as far as skills necessary in the modern-day workplace
