The purpose of the internship program is to allow parishioners and any other curious person who is interested in developing a career in religion to observe and be educated on the operations of a church system internships will learn in death through classroom instruction as well as on the job training how to manage and operate the church from the viewpoint of spiritual efficacy financial literacy as well as caring for parishioners any person that is found eligible for this position will be assigned to a sitting member of the pastor's board and will be able to see and access everything that they are doing these internships are allowed to continue up to one church year or 10 months


Applicants are required to currently be enrolled in a school or other educational program must have interest in becoming a part of the church system are currently undergoing training within this or another church system to become either a pastor Deacon or any other religious official title for whichever Church you are coming from all applicants must be willing to submit to undergo a background check any applicants under the age of 18 must be willing to allow for a conference with a parent or guardian

Compensation rate is based on departments below
Youth services $11 an hour, volunteer hours automatically included for parishioners under 18
Ministries and outreach volunteer hours only
Adult department $10 an hour for persons over 18 volunteer hours only for persons under 18
Welcome ministry volunteer hours only
Administration $7.50 an hour or volunteer hours
