The Alzheimer’s Association Cincinnati Chapter is part of the Alzheimer’s Association, the world's leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. From its office in Cincinnati, Ohio, the Cincinnati Chapter provides education and support for people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as their families and caregivers. In addition, it offers local support groups, early-stage engagement programs, community education classes and a 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900).

Planning Walk to End Alzheimer's is a great way to give back and make a big community impact in a passionate, relentless nonprofit setting. Each year, dozens of volunteers, like you, plan six Walk to End Alzheimer's events across Cincinnati to raise critical funds for Alzheimer's disease research, care & support programs, and policy work at the state and federal levels. Your work will support the 6 million Americans living with Alzheimer's and the millions more that love, support and care for them.

Event Experience Committee

• Commit to having a team
• Help secure entertainment and Walk Day volunteers
• Recruit and educate participants on AIM - Advocacy
• Incorporate Care & Support into Walk Day
• Become a Champions Club member
• Length of Involvement 3-4 months
