Recruiting Organization: Hackensack Meridian Hospice-Central

Hackensack Meridian Hospice, a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health network, is now accepting student volunteers ages 18 and up who are looking for an unpaid experiential learning experience. References and service hours will be provided after completing 50 hours of service.

Volunteers gain valuable healthcare/counseling experience by providing bedside companionship to patients suffering from a life-limiting illness. Hackensack Meridian Hospice provides service to patients wherever they call home throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, and Union Counties; therefore, reliable transportation is required.
