Program Assistant Brief Position Description: The CTD Program Assistant helps the Classes Team carry out programming related to Code the Dream’s classes, including communicating with students and volunteers, preparing materials for students, and generally helping things run smoothly.

How Position Furthers Organization’s Mission: Code the Dream is in a time of massive growth and expansion of our classes. We need administrative help to accommodate our increased number of students and volunteers.

Johnson Service Corps is a diverse, ecumenical community of young adults ages 21 to 28 dedicated to service and justice in Chapel Hill and Durham, NC. The year starts mid-August and goes through June; it is steeped in volunteer service, professional development, vocational discernment, justice training, intentional community living, and spiritual formation. You volunteer 32 hours a week at various nonprofit organizations throughout the Triangle area. In addition, we provide housing, a shared grocery budget, group counseling, spiritual retreats, health insurance, mentorship, a monthly stipend ($500/a month), and a completion bonus ($1000 at the end of the program year).
