Help our woefully unprepared leader (an English literature major!) understand and/or interpret our finances, plan for the future, and/or create budgets for programs. Our organization does wonderful work helping children find success and we want to do the best job possible in managing our resources. We have an accountant and a bookkeeper who do a good job. We just need help understanding what to do with the information they provide.

Description
Kosasa Academy is a small alternative Christian school for students who have not been successful in regular school. Our students tend to be the nice kids who cannot succeed because they learn differently or the quirky kids who mean well but do not fit in with their classmates. We are not a school for students with substance abuse or violent behavior. Extensive training and support are provided to new hires.
Our faculty is wonderful. They are smart, funny, knowledgable, collaborative, sincerely committed to their students and supportive of each other. School decisions are often made by consensus and everyone is heard. When we say we are a team, we really mean it. Join us!
